i found the location convenient.. it was a short walk to many key attractions. the staff was consistently cute and helpful throughout my stay. breakfast offered many options, i especially liked the fresh pastries. the room had modern decor and comfortable furniture.

the hotel offers a luggage room if one has a late flight. i leave my suitcases there and explore the city all day. the hotel provide umbrellas also, very useful in case of rain.
the mechanical noise at night disrupts my rest.

The location was acceptable. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions.
I had issues with the room. The minibar was not refilled . the noise isolation was disappointing. Sleep quality suffered GREATLY.

i had high hopes, but some things really let me down. the rooftop restaurant was not good. i waited 30 minutes before anyone took my drink order.. the food quality was poor. my food arrived cold, and it seemed like they just reheated it. my friend's anniversary dinner was ruined.
